Betty Lou Ward, age 95, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away on March 8th, 2024. A Memorial will be held at Spencer, Libby, and Powell Gathering Hall on April 6th, 2024 at noon. A Private family Burial will follow at the Moro City Cemetery.
