Howard William Fetz III, age 83, a resident of Maupin, OR, passed away on October 9, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Quinton Ballpark in The Dalles, OR, October 28, 2023 at 11:00 am with a luncheon to follow at Bargeway Pub.
