Jim Howard of Underwood, Wash., passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, May 16th, 2024.
A viewing will be held on May 21st at Gardners Funeral Home at 156 NE Church Ave., White Salmon from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A Celebration of Life will follow on May 22 at the Elk’s Lodge in White Salmon, Wash.
