Kenneth Elwood Franklin passed away July 20, 2022, in Hood River, Oregon. Ken was born May 11, 1925, and was 97 years of age at the time of passing. Services are pending at this time and will be announced soon.

Services are planned for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 30th, 2022 at Anderson's Tribute Center.
