Samarah Elena Luna-Betancort, age 15, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away November 20th, 2023. A Memorial and Potluck will be held at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home December 1st, 2023 at 11:00 am. Her Burial will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery December 1st, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
