Vickie Lynn Ward passed away on February 16, 2023, at Columbia Basin Care Facility in The Dalles, Oregon. Vickie was born December 28, 1951, and was 71 years of age at the time of passing.
A celebration of life for Vickie will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Wy’ East Community Church at 3422 Odell Highway, Odell, OR 97044.
