Judy Louise Wooderson, age 79, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away on March 19, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles Club in The Dalles, OR April 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.

Norma Arlene Biede, age 99, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away on April 4, 2024. A Private Family viewing will be held. A Graveside Service will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery on Cherry Heights Rd. in The Dalles, OR April 12, 2024, at 11:00 am. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home is in care of her arrangements.
