John Curtiss Fulton age 79, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away June 21, 2020.  Viewing will be held from  2:00 pm  - 6:00pm  Thursday June 25, 2020 at Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home.  Graveside services with Pastor Jim Hazlett officiating will be held 10:00 am  Friday June 26, 2020 at Three Mile Cemetery.
