Demetra Ann Dionas Kramer, age 86, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away peacefully in her home on August 14, 2021, surrounded by her family and friends. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date, details will be posted on the Spencer, Libby & Powell Website once they are finalized.
