Richard A. Fadness, age 78, a resident of The Dalles, Or passed away at a local hospital on Aug. 28, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm not 1 p.m. on Sat. Oct. 2, 2021, at Faith Lutheran Church in The Dalles, Or. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
