Ingrid "Jo" Elizabeth Charlson, age 82, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away November 1, 2020. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2020, at Community Brethren Church, 1180 S. Roosevelt St., Goldendale, Washington. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband SMSGT David Charlson at Willamette National Cemetery. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
