Jose L. Pinon Vencez, age 24, a resident of The Dalles, Or. passed away at a Bend hospital on Sept. 15, 2021. A viewing will be held 4 pm Sun. Sept. 26, 2021, at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home and Catholic Funeral Service 3 pm Sept. 28, 2021, at St Peter Catholic Church.
