Phyllis Ellen Hart, age 84, resident of North Bend, Washington, passed away June 28, 2021. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, August 6, 2021 at Dufur Christian Church, 315 Harrison St., Dufur, Oregon ( the Church she and her beloved husband Jack were married in 1959); burial committal will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery/Parklawn, 2565 Three Mile Rd., The Dalles, Oregon. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
