Phyllis Farner, age 87, a resident of The Dalles OR, passed away November 21, 2021. A public viewing at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home will be held December 3, 2021, from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm. A private burial will be held at a later date. A celebration of life will be held on a date to be announced in April at Gateway Church. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations towards O.S.H.U. Foundation Fund: O.S.H.U. Brain Institute, P.O. box 29017 Portland, OR 97296.
