Gene Arthur Chapman, age 86, resident of The Dalles, previously of Camas Valley, Ore., passed away February 4, 2021. He will be laid to rest in a private service at the Chapman Family Cemetery in Camas Valley. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
