Death Notice: John Arthur Decker, Madras

John Arthur Decker, age 85, a resident of Madras OR, passed away on October 31, 2022.

A graveside service will be held at Kent Cemetery on Nov. 7 at 10 am. A Celebration of Life will follow at First Baptist Church in Grass Valley OR, at 11 am. Lunch will be held thereafter at the Grass Valley pavilion. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
