Vicky Jean Lloyd, age 65, resident of The Dalles, passed away July 21, 2020.  Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.  A family directed graveside service with Cindy McClain officiating will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday July 25, 2020 at IOOF Cemetery, 1100 18th Street, The Dalles, Oregon.
