I’m a lifelong Oregonian who grew up in Troutdale and now live in Cascade Locks.
I own a small business serving the Columbia Gorge. Living and working in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area has given me a deep appreciation for the importance of protecting our natural environment while supporting our local communities and businesses.
I’m concerned about data centers and what it means for our water, energy prices, and local businesses. Scott Hege was involved in bringing data centers to The Dalles during his time at the Port, while Hank Sanders has called for a moratorium on new data centers.
We need to understand the long-term impacts before moving forward.
Hank has made an effort to show up, listen, and engage with people across our communities. I’m supporting him for House District 52 because we need a representative who will fight for local communities first. Please vote Hank on November 3!
