The Dalles, Oregon May 08, 2025 — Dr. Hartman, optometrist at Sunflower Vision Care, has been awarded a Fellowship (FOVDRA) by the Optometric Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association (OVDRA), recognizing excellence in developmental and rehabilitative neuro-optometric vision care.
Founded in 1970, OVDRA is a global, non-profit organization of optometrists and vision therapists dedicated to advancing vision therapy and rehabilitation through education and board certification. The organization provides rigorous education and board certification programs to enhance the skills of eye care professionals in behavioral and developmental vision care, optometric vision therapy, and visual rehabilitation.
