Mosier Middle School is part of Mosier Community School, a Pre-K through grade 8 charter school located near the banks of the Columbia River, between Hood River and The Dalles. The dedicated team of educators foster independent learning and citizenship for students to explore, imagine, and excel in all stages of their academic journey. Multiage, project-based learning environments and small class sizes make Mosier Middle School the ideal place for your student to thrive.

Mosier Middle School consists of four Base Camp homerooms. Each homeroom has a maximum capacity of 21 students. The 5-period day encompasses Math, Science, Humanities, PE/Health, and an Elective. Outdoor Education, LiD (Learning in Depth) Projects, Friday Field Trips, and grade 6 Outdoor School are just a few of the special components of Mosier Middle School. Friday Field Trip highlights include skiing and snowboarding, rock climbing, bowling, OMSI, and nature hikes. After-school Clubs can include drama (with 2 performances per year), newspaper club, strings, soccer, and basketball.

Isabel, grade 8, sums it up perfectly in her quote:
