Working Hands Haunting The Heights Oct. 25 with Block Party

Come hang with your neighbors and other spooky apparitions on Saturday the 25th of October.

We are shutting down Pine Street and the alleyway to create the ultimate Halloween party, HAUNT THE HEIGHTS. Live music from some of our favorite bands, delicious food from our kitchen and others, a BOUNCE HOUSE, some cool vendors (see last slide), and face painting and kid’s activities all day. Don’t forget all the delicious beers, ciders, wines and more. If that weren’t enough watch for the lobster rolls and the psychic medium.

Rain or shine, come for any or all of the events below.

2:00 Event Start

2:30-5:30 Early Morning Ramblers have been playing our events for the last year or more! Bringing their energetic mix of originals and covers and all the rock and roll you can handle.

4:00 Dog Costume Contest. A huge hit last year! Bring your doggo (maybe cat if you’re brave) in their best Halloween look and take a walk for our judges from Hood River Adopt-a-dog. The winner gets a basket of goodies from Dog River Pet Supply!

5:30 Human Costume Contest. Always a huge competition. Compete individually or with a group. You can always strut your stuff in both bouts. Winners get some high value prizes so be sure to bring your best.

7:00-10:00 Groove Cabin is our musical closer. Getting the people movin’ and groovin’, their original music is sure to keep you warm during a cold October night.

8:30 Stein Hoist Competition. After you’ve limbered up from the dancing compete in our annual stein hoist competition. Who can hold up the liter of liquid the longest and not spill a drop? Will we beat last year's time of over 4 minutes?? Cheer on your friends or compete for the prizes and go down in glory for your efforts.

10:00 After Party at The Underground and continue the good times with local band, Supernova. Wrist bands from Haunt the Heights will get you discounted entry into the event.
