The proposed height of the building is 60’, which exceeds the maximum building height within the Central Business Commercial zoning district of 55’.

height of the building is 60’, which exceeds the maximum building height within the

Permit No. 205-22, the Applicant will proceed with a Site Plan Review to site and
construct the development.
