1. Call the Executive Session to Order pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(i) & ORS 192.660(2)(b):

The School Board will meet in Executive Session:
Pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(i) - "To review and evaluate the performance of the superintendent or any
other public officer, employee or staff member, unless that person requests an open hearing."
And,
Pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(b) - "To consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or
charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or agent, unless he or she requests an
open meeting."

LEGAL NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN GORGE ECOLOGY OUTDOORS
Notice to Creditors and others with a financial interest in Gorge Ecology Outdoors (GEO) previously located in Hood River Oregon. In January 2023, Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum (CGDCM) and Gorge Ecology Outdoors (GEO), have announced a merger of the two 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. CGDCM has assumed oversight responsibilities and management of all GEO programs, and its organizational and financial responsibilities. Take notice that all persons having claims upon GEO must file with the trustee listed below a full statement of their claims and of securities held by them by September 30, 2023.
