In January 2023, Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum (CGDCM) and Gorge Ecology Outdoors (GEO), have announced a merger of the two 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. CGDCM has assumed oversight responsibilities and management of all GEO programs, and its organizational and financial responsibilities. Take notice that all persons having claims upon GEO must file with the trustee listed below a full statement of their claims and of securities held by them by September 30, 2023.
