Kind-of-a-man found safe and sound in TD

The Dalles Police were called out on Wednesday afternoon, June 2, in the 600 block of West Seventh Street on a report that a male could be seen in a nearby yard, and he was not moving, according to the police log.

Upon further inspection, officers found the male was not moving for a good reason. He was a manikin.
