Bargeway brings Eli Howard tonight to start off this week in Gorge Entertainment
Bargeway Pub & Catering’s Entertainment Weekly
The Bargeway Pub is filling the stage for another week of great shows, starting off tonight, May 31 with the incendiary sounds of Eli Howard at 6:30 p.m.
Eli Howard has been a fixture in the Oregon country music scene for the better part of 10 years, spending time in the band the Brass Tacks as well as lending his skills on stage and in the studio with numerous other artists including the Lowdown Drifters and Jesse Dayne and the Sagebrush Drifters.
His incendiary country-fried southern rock sound has not only created a dedicated fan base in the Pacific Northwest and beyond but allowed him to share the stage with artists including the Steel Woods, Whiskey Myers, Shane Smith and the Saints, and William Clark Green.
Pair that with some Crispy Cauliflower or Kung-Pau Firecracker Calamari and an IPA, and you’ve got a midweek medley, 1535 Bargeway Road in the Port of The Dalles.
Can’t make it? No problem. Bargeway has a lineup running through Sunday.
Thursday, June 1 - Al Hare, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The New York Times says: “Missing Tom Petty? He lives on in Blitzen Trapper‘s “Wild and Reckless,” an accomplished slice of classic rock that unabashedly sounds like Mr. Petty singing a Springsteen song with the Heartbreakers’ California guitars and a harmonica intro from Neil Young.”
