Classic Cars Light Up The Dalles at Neon Cruise

The Dalles, Ore. — The streets of The Dalles were aglow last Friday, Aug. 9th, as classic cars, muscle cars, and custom vehicles took part in the annual Neon Cruise, a highlight of the "Cruise the Gorge" weekend.
As engines roared and headlights flickered, hundreds of spectators lined the streets, eager to catch a glimpse of meticulously restored vehicles cruising through downtown.
The event, which has become a staple for car enthusiasts, featured a variety of automobiles, from the sleek lines of vintage Mustangs to the bold, chrome finishes of classic Chevrolets.
In addition to the cruise, the weekend-long event included a Show 'n' Shine car show, where participants had the chance to display their vehicles and compete for prizes. The entire event drew visitors from across the Pacific Northwest, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of The Dalles over the weekend.
