Coats for Kids: Donate New or Like-New Outerwear for Local Youth

Hood River, OR. November 29, 2023 - As the winter months quickly approach, Insitu, Washington Gorge Action Programs, and The Next Door Inc. are teaming up to host a coat drive for local area youth and we need our community’s help! Now through February, you can donate new or like-new outerwear ranging in all sizes from toddlers to teens, with an urgent need for coats and boots for older kids from 12-18 years of age.
Donations can be dropped off at the following Insitu and Gorge community locations during business hours:
Hood River
Insitu (Waucoma 4th Floor Lobby): 902 Wasco Street
The Next Door: 965 Tucker Road
Bingen
Insitu (Eagle Point Lobby): 118 E Columbia River Way
Washington Gorge Action Programs (WAGAP): 115 W Steuben Street
White Salmon
Whitson Elementary School: 450 N Main Avenue
Harvest Market: 77 NE Wauna Avenue
