The Dalles, Ore., Dec. 4, 2024 — Music Teacher Ramona Harwood at Col. Wright Elementary in The Dalles brought the fourth- and fifth-grade classes to the Wasco County Courthouse for some well-needed and appreciated caroling this morning, Dec. 4.
