Columbia Center for the Arts has been busy hosting a completely sold out 6 week camp for kids ages 8-12. They have 12 different kids each week and they’ll be having fun each week at the Civic Center.

The camp is a partnership between Columbia Center for the Arts and Arts in Education of the Gorge that has provided both visual arts and theatre summer camps for youth in grades 2nd-5th to “engage and empower them in the creative process where young people will explore their natural creative gifts and learn new techniques to build confidence and skills.”

All teaching artists are on the Arts in Education of the Gorge professional teaching artist roster- meaning a guarantee of experience and expertise. Their mission is to enhance every child’s education through performing, visual, literary and media arts in the schools and community.
