Getting the bearings straight

A bunch of rain did not stop progress as contractors were out in force. Both the Skills Center and student housing buildings have taken full shape. In the background, contractors are continuing their work on the roof of the Skills Center. Forecasters are calling for a half-inch of rain today in The Dalles.
