CyberMind Gaming, a PC gaming and eSports center in The Dalles, which opened it’s doors in March of 2022 will close it’s doors on February 17th, 2023.

“We want to thank everyone for their support over the last year, but it is with a heavy heart that our last day in operation will be Friday 02/17/23,” read a post from the business on Friday, Feb. 3rd.

“We initially set out to make an awesome eSports center here in The Dalles, and while we feel like we accomplished what we set out to do, alas, it has become unsustainable,” read the post.

“We will be selling the gaming stations in whole:

  • Computer

  • Monitor

  • Desk

  • Chair

  • Headset/Stand

  • Keyboard/Mouse

  • Controller"

As well as some of the other stuff in the shop (i.e. Gaming Recliners, T.V.'s, Fridges) all will be available after the 17th. Stay tuned for prices or come in and check it out.”

Several people took to the comment on the post to thank CyberMind Gaming, lament the loss of a downtown business, and see how they might support by purchasing old equipment.

“That makes me super sad. And my kiddos. Thank you for letting my sons spend time there,” read one comment form Kaley Linebarger.

Patrons are encouraged to continue to support this local business as it works to cover costs while in the process of closing it’s doors.

And while it’s unknown what’s next for the family behind CyberMind Gaming, CCCNews would like to wish them the best on the next phase of their journey!
