Tracy Lynn Patton, age 58, resident of Tygh Valley, Oregon, passed away May 3, 2020.  Services are pending and in the care of Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home. 

Georgia M Smith, age 83, resident of The Dalles, passed away April 29, 2020.  Service information will be available on Spencer, Libby & Powell website once finalized.
