The Dalles High School Softball team has been sendin’ yarn as they hunt for another championship this post season. The first playoff is on May 21 here in TD. Photo by Meghan Klement Photography in TD.

The Dalles High School Softball team is riding a 21-2 record into the playoffs as they have dominated the Tri-County League with a 15-0 record.

These girls are crushing the ball, running up scores such as 24-9 over Barlow, 15-0 over Madras, 12-2 over Hood River Valley.

They are coming into the playoffs hot.

“For the second year in a row, The Dalles becomes the epicenter of 4A Baseball and Softball, and we want to invite everyone to come out and support our teams as they begin their march towards a championship on June 1st,” said Athletic Director Billy Brost.

Will they repeat this year with yet another 4A Championship?

It all remains to be seen.

What is for sure is that we’ve got home-field advantage in the first game, where their opponent is yet to be decided.

Game 1 is on Tuesday, May 21 at 4 p.m. at 16th Street Ballpark.

Admission will be required for all OSAA playoff games - Tickets.

Adults: $10 Students: $6

The game will be broadcast on kodl.com, 1440 AM, and 100.7 FM
