The Treats are Rolling Downtown TD
Sheila, Levi and Chris Blackburn took some cues from Mario this year as they prepared to set out in Downtown the Dalles for some Trick or Treating. Hundreds, maybe thousands, are gathering right now, 3:03 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29 as the classic Halloween parade of characters are going door to door for some fun size candy.
