Election update: 40 plus percent of ballots returned in Wasco County

Wasco County Clerk Lisa Gambee

As of this morning, 7,560 out of 18,403 ballots for the Nov. 3 general election had been returned in Wasco County, according to Wasco County Clerk Lisa Gambee. These numbers include ballots dropped off over the weekend but not all of the mail, she said.

Here is the October 26th comparison for the past two general elections as well as the current one.

Hood River County had received 8,177 of the 15833 ballots or 51.65 percent, according to Brian Beebe director of records and assessment.
