Electrical Upgrade will close streets in TD on Sept. 18th
Looking west across Kelly Avenue in The Dalles - a utility upgrade will force the closure of 15th Street between Kelly Avenue and Jefferson Street on Wednesday, Sept. 18.
The Dalles, OR – September 11, 2024 – Northern Wasco County PUD will be conducting work to change out aging copper conductor to aluminum to increase overall reliability and hardiness of the system.
This work will impact East 15th Street between Kelly Avenue and Terrace Drive/Jefferson Street on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Work hours are anticipated to be 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The road will be open to local traffic while the work is carried out. Signage and flaggers will be in place to help with traffic in the area. Please avoid this area and use alternate routes. Please take caution while navigating this area of utility work for the safety of everyone involved as we work to improve your utility electric system.
