F-15 Flyover Scheduled to Honor Veterans in The Dalles on November 11

The Dalles, Ore. November 7, 2024 — The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce a remarkable tribute to our veterans with a scheduled flyover on Monday, November 11, 2024, featuring two F-15 Eagle fighter jets soaring above our community.
This breathtaking display of appreciation for our local heroes is set to take place around 10:45 a.m., flying west to east over downtown The Dalles and extending toward the Veteran’s Hospital.
“We are immensely grateful to our military for making this flyover possible. It’s a powerful way to honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans,” said Lisa Farquharson, President/CEO of The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce. "We invite everyone to take a moment to look up and feel the pride of our community as we recognize those who have bravely served."
Veterans and community members alike are encouraged to gather, enjoy the moment, and reflect on the dedication of these men and women who have given so much to our nation. Although the flyover timing and route are subject to change due to coordination with other communities, we look forward to this unique celebration.
