Robert Wells-Clark, 34, and his one-year-old daughter Isla took to the Columbia River below Water’s Edge fly fishing in search of wily bass on Thursday morning. The Dalles High School teacher who instructs on welding, manufacturing and reading blueprints, said there were plenty of safe ways to recreate such as fishing. Isla offered her dad instruction on retrieving the popper quick enough to get a strike. Note the hand pointed instruction in photo above.
