WHAT:  Join Columbia Riverkeeper webinar “Finding Strength in Nature: Turning to the Columbia to Persevere in the Pandemic” featuring Licensed Professional Counselor Zoë Presley. Learn more about how to manage the negative emotional effects of the pandemic and how nature can positively impact our minds and bodies. Enjoy a facilitated forest bathing session from the comfort of your own home, designed to bring you relief from the stress and anxiety of daily pandemic living.

WHO: Zoë Presley is trained as a Depth Psychotherapist and Forest Therapy Guide, and in Transcendental Meditation. She has served as a wilderness guide, eco-therapist, vocal coach, meditation teacher, lecturer, and psychotherapist. Her work has been covered in The Oregonian. In addition to her private practice, she has served as adjunct faculty in the Integrative Mental Health program at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine.
