Joe Black featured for Music & Magic in the Park 2025 - The Dalles
For the third year, The Dalles Public Library and Northern Wasco County Parks & Rec, are bringing you Music & Magic in the Park. This family friendly event is held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday evenings over at City Park. Each week features a different performer, always family friendly, and always free of charge.
Joe Black delivers world-class entertainment! What you will find significant about his performances is his experience of over 20 years and his dedication to ensure your event is amazing and stress free! His hard work developing his skills started in 1996 and has led him to perform on some of the largest stages to include America’s Got Talent and to win the "Rising Star Award" two years in a row!

Thunder Island Brewing in Cascade Locks presents music with Chasing Ebenezer, 6:30-8:30 p.m. “Chasing Ebenezer is a world folk-rock band based in Portland, Oregon. With influences from Celtic, African, and Middle Eastern music, their songs make it hard for audiences to sit still.”

Acoustic Experts Stillhouse Junkies bring the Vibes to The Trout Lake Hall in Trout Lake. Expect “Acoustic adventures in roots, bluegrass, Texas swing, blues, and rock.” All-ages show.

A fundraising concert for Hood River Latino Network
The Ruins in Hood River presents Grupo Masato, Doors at 5:30 p.m. Outdoor venue. All-Ages. No pets. Shows move indoors in the event of weather. Tickets are $10 at the door only.
“Grupo Masato is a multi-ethnic Portland-based band that plays highly irresistible danceable music from Latin America! A powerful combinations of Chicha, Cumbia and Afro Peruvian music that invites all ages to meet on the dance floor and celebrate our diversity.”

3 Speed Jazz
Hood River Brewing Co. in Hood River features a special reunion show for the 3-Speed Jazz Reunion Concert - featuring Dave Henehan, Tim Ortlieb, and Ed Dietrich, this dynamic trio blends jazz, funk, and rock with killer improvisation and deep groove. Come for the musicianship, and experience a night of truly unforgettable sound. 7:30 p.m.
Vintage Movie Night?
The Granada Theater in The Dalles presents family entertainment, movies, regional touring acts and more. This week’s movie: “Ulysses,” taking us back to 1954, a big-budget Technicolor production with Kirk Douglas, story of course based on Homer’s “Odyssey.” Doors open 6 p.m., dinner available.
