History Museum opens for the season with Laundry exhibition

The History Museum of Hood River County will open for the season with an all-new exhibition - Laundry: It All Comes Out in the Wash. Splash into the surprising history of laundry! The exhibition explores the development of laundry technology from washboards and tubs to the advent of the modern washing machine. Discover how an ordinary chore can reveal details about culture, community, and life. The exhibition runs through June 25th.

The History Museum of Hood River County is open Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $5, free for children 10 and under and currently serving military personnel and families.
