The Dalles, Ore., Aug. 14, 2025 — The Wasco County Fair is up ande running with FREE admission today, Thursday, Aug. 14. Free admission is courtesy of Waste Connections!

Explore our livestock exhibits, local crafts, live demonstrations, thrilling circus acts, and the ever-popular Family Fun Center.

And don’t miss our exciting new attraction: Buck Trout, the hilarious puppet in a tiny car, rolling around the fairgrounds and chatting with guests of all ages!

The Fair is open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. And the National Weather Service is predicting cooler temperatures for the duration of the fair with temperatures in the mid-80s.
