Magic and Imagination- Jay Frasier visits The Dalles Library

Jul 25, 2023- Jay Frasier, an award-winning magician who has been performing for 30 years made an appearance at The Dalles Library to use magic to teach the importance of reading to the children that came to watch his show today, July 25.
Jay, who lives in Eugene, OR., is visiting the Gorge and putting on his sleight-of-hand talents and imagination play to get the library’s visitors interested in picking up some books to practice their own magic through reading. After his act, and before he made a disappearing trick of his own, I had a quick chance to ask him about his show. He told me that The Dalles was a fantastic crowd and that he was excited about the two other stops today at Dufur, then at Maupin.
