Families in regal attire enjoyed celebrating their inner royalty together and socializing with other royal families. Light refreshments such as kid-friendly herbal teas, Swamp Water, and Morning Dew were served. In addition, gold-lined trays filled with finger foods such as peanut butter and jelly croissant sandwiches were quickly devoured by attendees.

Fairy Godmother Events donated a character appearance to the event. A significant donation to the community considering character appearances cost $200 an hour. Fairy Godmother Events booked Princess Belle, also known as “Beauty” from Beauty and the Beast for the event. Belle greeted party guests and shared in many dances during the Prince and Princess ball in the Children’s wing of the library.
