The Dalles, Ore. October 31, 2023 — The Dalles Main Street, The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce, and Downtown The Dalles hosted a free trick or treat event complete with costumes, candy and fun on October 31, 20243 from 3-5 p.m. Northern Wasco County Parks & Recreation District also hosted the annual Monsters in the Park at The Dalles City Park from 4 to 6 p.m. The free all-ages event included music, treats, yard games, a haunted room and more!
