Some 980 customers lost electrical service this morning in Mosier when a fuse tripped on a Pacific Power Line near Hood River.

The outage was first reported at 7 a.m., said Pacific Power Spokesman Drew Hanson. Crews were dispatched and found no cause for the outage other than the flipped fuse on the line.

The fuse was restored and the line was regenerated without failure around 8:30 a.m., Hanson said.

“We certainly appreciate our customer’s patience as crews quickly and restored power to them,” Hansen said.
