Woman injured after Explorer hits utility pole at 10th and Mount Hood Streets in TD

Police and Firefighters were called out to the corner of 10th and Mount Hood streets this morning, Sept. 5, at about 10:50 a.m. when a Ford Explorer appeared to have run a stop sign and then hit a utility pole.
