Cherry Fest moving to 4th Street; Art Center calls foul

Cherry Festival will relocate to Fourth Street this April due to construction, drawing objections from The Dalles Art Center over revenue, access and impact concerns as the Chamber defends the move as economically necessary for many downtown businesses.
