Wasco County commissioner candidate faces DUII, reckless endangerment charges

Wasco County commissioner candidate John Grant IV faces a DUII charge, six counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of reckless driving following a July 21 arrest by Oregon State Police. Grant said he intends to comment publicly after his first court appearance.
